Adrian is a Director and senior Change Consultant at MasonBreese which specialises in providing experienced Change professionals, from Business Analysts to Project and Programme Managers. MasonBreese provides clients access to highly trained, trustworthy individuals who are able to assess, interpret, plan and deliver change effectively and efficiently.
Following his accountancy studies at Otago University and his professional studies with Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand (CAANZ), Adrian is a fully qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with over 25 years of experience in accounting, finance and project areas both in the United Kingdom and New Zealand.
He has sound banking experience working within the Retail, Investment and Private Banking sectors and has worked for Credit Suisse and more recently Standard Bank where he ran the Management Information team as well as rolling out a CRM platform. Recently moving into Change Management he is Prince II qualified and has over 5 years’ experience leading transformation initiatives.
On a personal level he has over 20 years of experience in all aspects of property ownership, management and development across both the UK and New Zealand and is a Director of a New Zealand based commercial property company.
